Sunset San Diego Engagement Session
I truly have no words to describe how amazing this San Diego engagement session during sunset was! Aside from it being the most gorgeous evening and honestly one of the best sunsets I’ve seen, Katie and Josh were a complete joy to work with! It felt like we had been friends forever!
Katie and Josh decided to have their engagement session in San Diego because of how much they love it there and how many memories they’ve already made there together! I was super excited when they mentioned to me they wanted to shoot there because it is also one of my favorite locations to shoot at as well!
San Diego Engagement Location
San Diego is the perfect place for a romantic engagement session! With its stunning beaches, lush parks, and vibrant downtown area, it offers couples a variety of beautiful backdrops to capture their special moment! My favorite thing about San Diego is that the beaches are some of the most picturesque in the world! From Coronado Beach to La Jolla Shores, there are plenty of options for couples looking to get creative with their photos! One of the many things I love to do!
Aside from the beaches if you're looking for something a bit more natural, San Diego also has plenty of parks and gardens that offer stunning views and lush greenery! Balboa Park is one of the most popular spots for engagement sessions, with its winding paths and beautiful Spanish-style buildings. Mission Trails Regional Park is another great option, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys!
No matter what kind of backdrop you're looking for, San Diego has something to offer and is perfect for an engagement session!
Couple Portraits
One of my favorite parts of this session was the blurry shots that we got-those are always so inspiring for me to shoot and both Katie and Josh were in love with them which made it that much better!
It was such a fun evening capturing so many candid photos of Katie and Josh running around on the beach dancing and getting in the ocean and don’t get me started on the sunset! They were literally a ball of joy with no care in the world! Katie and Josh exuded love throughout the entire evening I couldn’t help but have a smile on my face with every photo we shot.
Final Thoughts
